Role Overview
As an Institutional Sales Support, you will play a crucial role in supporting the institutional sales team by managing client interactions, preparing high-quality investment materials, and ensuring seamless execution of the sales process. This is a dynamic opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive individual looking to build a career in institutional sales within an internationally recognized asset management firm.
Key Responsibilities

Assist the institutional sales team in managing existing and prospective client relationships across the Middle East and broader international markets

Prepare investor pitchbooks, due diligence questionnaires (DDQs), request for proposals (RFPs), and other marketing materials tailored to institutional investors.

Develop a strong understanding of the firm’s investment strategies across real estate, private credit, private markets, and public markets to effectively support client discussions.

Maintain and update client records in CRM systems, track client interactions, and provide insights on investor engagement.

Support the organisation of investor roadshows, conferences, and meetings with institutional investors.

Conduct market research on key investor trends, competitor offerings, and investment themes to support business development initiatives.

Work closely with portfolio management, investment, marketing, and compliance teams to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives.
Key Qualifications & Experience

4-8 years of experience in institutional sales support, investor relations, or a related role within asset management, investment banking, or financial services.

Strong knowledge of alternative investments, particularly real estate, private credit, private markets, and public markets.
- Experience working in or covering the Middle East institutional investor landscape is highly desirable
