Role Overview:
We are seeking a high-performing Fundraiser to lead and support capital raising efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong institutional investor relationships, a deep understanding of the private markets landscape, and a proven ability to communicate investment strategies in a compelling way. This is a key hire that will work closely with senior leadership and investment professionals to drive fundraising success across current and future funds.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support fundraising activities for the firm’s private equity funds and co-investment opportunities.

Build and manage relationships with institutional investors, family offices, sovereign wealth funds, and HNWIs in the region and globally.

Develop high-quality marketing materials, pitch decks, PPMs, and due diligence responses.

Organize and attend investor meetings, roadshows, conferences, and other networking events.

Maintain CRM systems and track investor engagement, pipeline, and feedback.

Coordinate with legal, compliance, and finance teams to ensure smooth onboarding and investor reporting processes.

Provide insights on investor preferences, market trends, and competitive positioning.
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field; MBA or CFA is advantageous.

5–10+ years of experience in fundraising, investor relations, or capital markets, ideally within private equity, investment banking, or a placement agent.

Strong knowledge of private equity and alternative investments.

Established network of institutional and private investors in the GCC and internationally.

Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple workstreams under pressure.

Based in Dubai with a client base.
