Brand Refresh

To support our continuous growth in headcount and client-base, we unveiled our refreshed brand identity and updated website.

UK office expansion

In 2022 we quickly outgrew our first London office, and expanded into a new office on the bank of the River Thames in the City, allowing us space to continue to expand our Investment Management, Hedge Funds & Prop Trading, and Financial Technology teams. From London, we deliver talent to clients across the US, UK, and Europe.

Launch of UK office

In January 2021, we launched our UK business from an office in the heart of the City of London, with a mandate to build our Investment Management and Financial Technology functions. Later the same year, we also went on to hire our Head of Business Development & Relationship Management. Whilst an uncommon move for a company at our growth stage, we believe it to be an important function for us that will ensure a high quality of service delivery to our clients.

Expansion of Dubai office

In the midst of a global pandemic, and less than one full year after launching, we committed to expanding our operations in Dubai, and moved into a new office. This would then go on to become a platform in which we incubated our UK business, before expanding our GCC team in Dubai.

Launch

In late 2019, James Maidlow & Arron York launched Venture Search, opening our first office from Dubai, and layout out a blueprint for expansion across the markets in which we operate.
