We are currently representing a leading private funds advisory business that due to a large number of deals, is looking to expand its team by adding to its team in Barcelona.
They are a firm that is performing really well, with over 90% of their fundraises exceeding the limit, and around 40 billion Euros raised to funds across the private markets.
The candidate will need 4-7 years of experience and MUST be fluent in Spanish & located in Barcelona.
Responsibilities:
· Conduct research and analysis into the private equity, private debt, and venture capital market
· Perform Due Diligence on prospective Deal Advisory or M&A transactions
· Produce relevant marketing materials (Pitch books, teasers, IM etc)
· Support the Deal team on all aspects of Deal management
Requirements:
· 4-7 years experience in M&A, ECM, Corporate Finance, investment banking, Private Equity, financial sponsors group, or other private placement fund groups
· Degree Educated
· Excellent written English
· Keen interest in the Private Equity & private debt market
