We are currently working with a top credit Asset Manager who are looking to expand their IR team with an Associate/Senior Associate. The firm has had a lot of success recently, and is looking for a technically minded candidate with experience in IR to help facilitate their continued growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the investor relations team to develop and expand investor relationships.
- Gain a solid understanding of fund structures, investments, and regulatory processes.
- Manage the fundraising process from start to finish.
- Manage due diligence requests and oversee quarterly updates and ad hoc requests from investors.
- Partner with the business development team on branding and communications, including presentations and marketing materials. Supporting with organizing AGMs.
Qualifications:
- 3-8 years of experience in an IR position with exposure to private and/or public credit funds. Experience in project management, banking or buyside investments is beneficial alongside IR exposure.
- Track record working with institutional investors
- Familiarity with financial statements and fund accounting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
