Sales Operations Manager – Global Markets Firm

Location: Dubai, UAE

The Role:
We are currently recruiting for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Operations Manager to join a leading Global Markets Firm in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with experience in Sales Operations, Business Manager, or similar roles global markets or banking. You will play a key role in driving operational efficiency and supporting the broader sales team across the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Internal P&L Reporting: Manage and maintain accurate internal P&L reporting, ensuring transparency and providing insight to senior management on sales performance and financial metrics.
  • Broker Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for brokers, resolving day-to-day operational issues, ensuring smooth communication, and supporting brokers in their activities.
  • Sales Support & Drafts: Assist in the creation and review of sales decks, and internal reporting, proposals, and contracts, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and alignment with business goals.
  • Onboarding & Technology Support: Manage onboarding platforms and technology systems, working closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless integration for new brokers and clients.
  • Project Management: Oversee various projects, ensuring successful execution, timely delivery, and coordination between internal teams and external partners.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in sales operations processes, implementing changes and best practices that drive efficiency and optimize the sales function.
  • Ad Hoc Duties: Provide operational support across various ad-hoc initiatives, ensuring flexibility and responsiveness to the needs of the business.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Proven experience in a Sales Operations, Business Manager, or similar role, ideally within a bank, global markets firm, or financial services environment.
  • Strong knowledge of internal P&L reporting, project management, and sales support processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with brokers, sales teams, and senior management.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A collaborative team player who is ready to roll up their sleeves and get involved in all aspects of sales operations.
  • Ambitious, with a drive to learn and grow within the firm.
