The Oil Trading Operator will be responsible for the smooth execution of crude oil and petroleum product trades, ensuring efficiency and compliance with contract terms, operational regulations, and company policies. The role requires close coordination with traders, shipping teams, counterparties, refineries, storage terminals, and regulatory bodies.
Key Responsibilities:

Execute and monitor the end-to-end trade operations of crude oil and petroleum products.

Coordinate with traders, shipping teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure the timely execution of deals.

Arrange vessel nominations, scheduling, and chartering in coordination with shipping and logistics teams.

Oversee all aspects of cargo documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, customs declarations, and letters of credit.

Monitor and optimize supply chain logistics to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.

Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, sanctions, and company policies.

Handle demurrage calculations, claims, and settlements with counterparties.
