The Real Estate Investment Associate will be responsible for supporting the investment team in the sourcing, evaluation, and management of real estate investment opportunities across residential and hospitality industries. This role involves financial modelling, market analysis, due diligence, and portfolio management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying and evaluating potential real estate investment opportunities in targeted markets
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for asset valuation, cash flow projections, and scenario analysis.
- Conduct comprehensive due diligence, including market research, competitive analysis, property inspections, and reviewing legal documentation.
- Track and report on the performance of existing assets in the portfolio.
- Support the development of asset-level strategies, including leasing, capital expenditure planning, and exit timing.
- Prepare investment memos, presentations, and reports for the senior management and investment committee.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field; a Master’s degree or CFA designation is a plus.
- 2-4 years of experience in real estate investment, finance, investment banking, or related fields.
- Strong proficiency in financial modelling, valuation, and investment analysis.
- Knowledge of real estate markets, asset classes, and investment processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
