Venture Search is working with a market-leading Prop House looking for experienced HFT Quant Researchers across multiple asset classes.
This opportunity is ideal for candidates with a need for progression and growth, and motivated to succeed in a fast paced environment surrounded by high performers.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Develop and enhance trading models using our in-house platform
• Analyse extensive financial data sets to unearth trading opportunities
• Provide analytical support to our experienced traders
• Develop predictive models for market movements
The Ideal Candidate
• A degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering or related field.
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in programming, particularly in C++ or C.
• Working knowledge of Linux, Python, and shell scripting.
• Previous experience in a startup or the High-Frequency Trading (HFT) industry will be an
added advantage.
