We are working with a leading global metals and mining trading house, who are seeking experienced professionals to join its Precious Metals Division in Dubai. The ideal candidates will possess extensive experience within the precious metals industry and will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of precious metals movements from source to final destination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end operational process for precious metals transactions, including sampling, assaying, logistics, and all relevant documentation.
- Manage and coordinate all documentation related to the import, export, and trading of precious metals.
- Ensure accurate and timely execution of transactions in alignment with company policies and industry standards.
- Work closely with the trading teams to support seamless deal execution and settlement processes.
- Maintain detailed records and reports, including inventory management, shipment tracking, and transaction histories.
- Liaise with external stakeholders such as refineries, laboratories, and logistics providers to ensure efficient and smooth operations.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years’ operational experience in the precious metals industry.
- Strong expertise in sampling, assaying, and managing the documentation process for precious metals.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and best practices for precious metals operations.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
