Post Acquisition Asset Manager
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Post-Acquisition Real Estate Asset Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing a portfolio of real estate assets post-acquisition, ensuring they meet financial and operational objectives. This role requires strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of real estate markets and property management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the assets within the real estate portfolio, starting from closing from the acquisition, to ensure a good understanding of the deal to improve relationship management.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimise the performance and value of real estate assets.
- Monitor property performance, including financial and operational metrics, to ensure alignment with investment goals.
- Manage client relationships, communicating with property managers as and when required (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Ideally a minimum of 7 years experience within Real Estate
- Strong understanding of the post-acquisition process, and how to manage client relationships
- US Real Estate experience is required
- Must be based currently within the GCC region
