Venture Search are partnering with a global asset manager, to hire their first Office Manager into the business. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative functions of the office, ensuring that it operates efficiently and effectively. This role is critical in maintaining an organised work environment, supporting the leadership team, and handling various administrative tasks that contribute to the overall success of the firm.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the senior management team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing meeting agendas and minutes.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other documents as required by the management team.
  • Organise and coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring all logistical arrangements are in place.
  • Handle travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, accommodation, and transportation.
  • Act as the first point of contact for the office, handling incoming calls, emails, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Support with ad-hoc HR queries in partnership with the HR team. 

Job Requirements: 

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in an office support or administrative position 
  • Experience within financial/professional services is preferred and helpful 
  • Knowledge of local employment law / compliance is extremely helpful
