Investor Relations Manager
About the Role:
A newly formed but strategic backed real estate private equity firm based in DIFC is seeking an experienced Investor Relations Manager to manage relationships with institutional investors, develop communication strategies, and support fundraising and capital deployment initiatives. The role is pivotal in maintaining investor confidence and ensuring transparency in alignment with the firm’s objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

Investor Communication:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective investors, including institutional clients, family offices, and sovereign wealth funds.
- Prepare and deliver detailed investor presentations, reports, and updates.
- Respond to investor inquiries, providing timely and accurate information.

Fundraising & Capital Deployment:
- Support capital raising efforts by identifying and engaging potential investors.
- Collaborate with the investment team to develop compelling marketing materials and data-driven pitches.

Performance Reporting:
- Oversee the preparation of quarterly and annual fund performance reports.
- Monitor investment performance and communicate insights to investors.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and reporting requirements.

Event Coordination:
- Organize and participate in investor roadshows, conferences, and meetings.
- Coordinate Annual General Meetings (AGMs) and other investor-related events.

Market Analysis:
- Conduct market research to understand investor sentiment and industry trends.
- Provide strategic input to enhance the firm’s competitive positioning.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, real estate, or a related field; MBA or CFA is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in investor relations, private equity, or real estate.
- Strong understanding of real estate investment structures and financial modeling.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
