Investor Relations Director - Saudi National

A leading private equity firm in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Investor Relations Director to manage relationships with existing and potential investors, ensuring clear communication of the firm's strategies, performance, and opportunities. The ideal candidate must be a Saudi national with experience in private equity, finance, or related industries and possess strong communication and analytical skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Investor Relations Strategy: Develop and execute the firm's investor relations strategy to build and maintain investor trust and satisfaction.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for investors, addressing inquiries, coordinating meetings, and ensuring timely updates on fund performance and market opportunities.
  • Fundraising Support: Collaborate with the investment team to assist in capital-raising efforts, including preparing pitch decks, investor presentations, and marketing materials.
  • Performance Reporting: Oversee the preparation and distribution of detailed investor reports, highlighting portfolio performance, valuations, and relevant market insights.
  • Compliance & Communication: Ensure all investor communications adhere to regulatory requirements and the firm's policies.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform investor engagement strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Nationality: Saudi national (mandatory).
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or CFA is a plus.
  • Experience: 10-15 years of experience in investor relations, private equity, asset management, or financial services.
  • Knowledge: Solid understanding of private equity structures, market trends, and regulatory requirements in Saudi Arabia and the GCC.
