Our client is a top independent Placement Agent, who is seeking a dynamic Fundraising Associate to join their growing team. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone eager to learn the ins and outs of capital raising while developing valuable relationships within the industry. The candidate will start by establishing relationships with existing LPs and going on roadshows, and will then be supported by the Sales Director to develop into a Capital Raiser within a few months, where they will build out their own coverage and close their own tickets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in organizing and executing roadshows, presenting investment opportunities to potential investors.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing LPs to ensure ongoing engagement and support.
  • Conduct thorough research to identify and evaluate potential investors and market trends.
  • Prepare detailed reports and analyses to support fundraising initiatives and strategies.
  • Progress into a capital raising role, managing your own coverage and taking the lead on closing investment tickets.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • 5-6 years of experience in a client-facing position. Experience in PE or Private Credit is highly preferable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
