We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, reporting, and budgeting, ensuring the long-term financial health of the office. The successful candidate will play a key role in financial strategy and management while maintaining close attention to detail in the day-to-day financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the financial planning process, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial strategy.
- Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for stakeholders.
- Ensure accurate consolidation of financial statements from different asset classes and investments.
- Collaborate with external auditors to complete audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Manage the budgeting process for all assets and investment portfolios.
- Oversee day-to-day cash flow management, ensuring sufficient liquidity for operational and investment needs.
- Implement financial controls and policies to safeguard the office’s assets.
- Ensure compliance with financial and legal regulations, including those related to tax and investment.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a hands on Finance role
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. CPA, ACCA, or CFA certification is highly preferred.
- Excellent financial modelling, budgeting, and reporting skills.
