Quantitative Researcher – Deep Learning (DL)

Venture Search is working with a high-frequency trading firm with a global office presence, for a remote opportunity. All employees work fully remotely with the opportunity to visit their state-of-the-art offices in cities such as London and Dubai.
Our client is looking for someone with a highly competitive mindset and a strong technical background. They are across asset classes with a focus on cryptocurrencies.
Role:
- You will be joining a team with a focus on DL-based solutions with cutting-edge accuracy, speed, and scalability, developing machine learning & deep learning models
- Focus on developing and applying machine learning and deep learning models to analyse large volumes of market data, predict price movements, identify trading opportunities, and optimize trading strategies.
- Enjoy working collaboratively with their strong team of researchers, portfolio managers, and traders to align the AI models with the firm’s trading strategies and ensure that they are adaptable to real-time market conditions.
- Algorithmic trading experience
- A strong academic background, with high rankings in contests such as Kaggle is beneficial
- Gold in national or international Olympiad competitions
- Familiarity with time series tasks
