Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic business plan to establish and grow the coffee trading business.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key suppliers, buyers, and partners across global coffee markets.
- Source, negotiate, and close coffee trading deals with third-party suppliers and buyers.
- Analyze market trends, pricing, and supply-demand dynamics to identify profitable trading opportunities.
- Manage the end-to-end trading process, including contract negotiation, logistics coordination, and risk management.
- Build a high-performance team to support business operations as the division grows.
- Ensure compliance with relevant trade regulations, customs requirements, and company policies.
