We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join a leading FX & Currency Specialist firm in Dubai. The role focuses on acquiring and managing corporate and institutional clients, promoting tailored FX solutions, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition & Sales: Identify and onboard corporate clients, high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), and institutional businesses requiring FX services.
- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers (CFOs, Treasurers, Finance Directors).
- FX Solutions Advisory: Educate clients on hedging strategies, risk management, and bespoke FX products (spot, forward contracts, options).
- Market Analysis & Strategy: Stay updated on currency trends, interest rate movements, and global economic events to provide market insights.
- Networking & Partnerships: Leverage industry contacts, attend financial events, and collaborate with banks, brokers, and fintech partners.
- Revenue Growth: Achieve sales targets by structuring competitive FX solutions and optimizing client FX exposure.
Key Requirements:
- 3–6 years in FX sales, business development, or treasury solutions within a bank, FX broker, or fintech firm.
- Strong understanding of FX trading, currency risk management, and financial markets.
- Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue generation.
- Existing relationships with corporate clients in the UAE and GCC region is a plus.
