Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Formulate and implement strategies to boost sales of agricultural products, including sugar, rice, wheat, wheat flour, vegetable oil, and pasta throughout Africa.
- Identify and approach prospective clients such as distributors, wholesalers, and retailers across diverse African markets.
- Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with both new and existing clients, aligning solutions with their specific needs.
- Perform market analysis to spot trends, assess demand, and evaluate competition within the African agricultural commodities sector.
- Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to ensure profitability and satisfaction.
- Participate in industry events, such as conferences, workshops, and trade shows, to connect with potential clients and remain informed about market developments.
- Provide periodic updates on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
