We are working with a dynamic and growing oil trading firm seeking a Business Developer to expand their footprint across Africa. This is a high-impact role focused on sourcing new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving trading volumes across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with oil producers, refiners, and end-users across Africa
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including NOCs, IOCs, and local distributors
- Collaborate with the trading team to optimize commercial opportunities and structure deals
- Monitor market trends, supply/demand dynamics, and regulatory changes to inform trading strategies
- Negotiate contracts and commercial terms to maximize profitability
