Our client is a crypto market maker at the forefront of liquidity provision for established markets and crypto assets. The company is restructuring and expanding its crypto trading capacities and is seeking to incorporate a software developer into the team.
Prospective candidates will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with a small team across CeFi & DeFi. Enthusiastic technologists with a passion for working in a fast-paced, innovative environment are ideally suited for this role. The objective is to recruit top talent and inspire them to pioneer and surpass limits.
Requirements:
- Previous exposure to the crypto space is preferred, though not obligatory
- Capable of self-initiation, able to manage a project from initiation to completion, and convert a long-term vision into a short-term, actionable plan
- Profound experience in interacting with stakeholders to collect requirements and comprehend the business context
- Proficient strategic thinkers adept at swiftly accomplishing tasks
- Possession of 4+ years of experience in either C++ OR Rust
- Collaborate with traders and senior management to construct a trading system, encompassing exchange connectivity, order, and risk management systems
- Aid in algorithm development to execute trading strategies, such as quoting, hedging, arbitrage, and market making
- Work closely with other team members to automate trading, reconcile, and streamline the analytics workflow
- Offer technical support for the trading system.
