Private Equity Analyst:
We are delighted to be working with a Private Equity Manager in Dubai, who are looking to bring a Investment Analyst onboard. For this particular role, I am looking to speak with candidates coming from Big 4 Accounting backgrounds (M&A, Transaction, DD teams)
Responsibilities:
- Financial Analysis: Evaluate financial statements, perform financial modeling (DCF, CCA, M&A), and assess market trends.
- Due Diligence: Conduct thorough due diligence on target companies, including industry research and risk assessment.
- Investment Memos: Prepare investment memos and presentations for review, highlighting investment thesis and financial analysis.
- Deal Execution: Support deal structuring, negotiation, and documentation for investment transactions.
- Portfolio Management: Monitor portfolio company performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of Big 4 experience (must be within M&A, Transactions, DD teams)
- Coverage of Consumer sector (or related) is preferable
- Excellent financial modelling skills
- Based in the GCC
