Role Expectations:

- Manage risk effectively while adhering to the firm’s trading guidelines.
- Maintain a disciplined approach to trading, leveraging both technical and fundamental analysis.
- Collaborate with other traders and analysts to exchange ideas and insights.
What They're Looking For:
- Proven track record of profitability in intraday derivative trading (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Deep knowledge of commodity markets (energy, metals, softs, or others).
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- High level of self-motivation, discipline, and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-moving trading environment.
